• The prices include Wi-Fi, water and electricity (up to a maximum of 8 kWh/day).
• plus local tourist tax per person (18 years and older) per night
• Bed linen is extra: €20 per double bed and €10 per single bed.
• Towels are not provided.

Payment terms

• A deposit of 25% of the total rent is required for the reservation and must be paid by bank transfer – the remaining balance is due upon arrival.
• A security deposit of €160 must be paid in cash upon arrival. This deposit covers any damages or additional cleaning costs incurred if the apartment is not in the condition it was found in upon arrival.
